AICTEC receives GAC’s nod on Signmax stake acquisition

Advance International Company for Communication and Information Technology (AICTEC) received the General Authority for Competition’s (GAC) no-objection on its planned acquisition of a 25% stake in Signmax Advertising Co.

 

In a statement to Tadawul today, July 22, the company said Crowe Solutions Consulting was appointed as financial advisor on the potential transaction. It noted no changes to the previously stated cost.

AICTEC signed, on June 26, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to explore the possible purchase of a 25% stake in Signmax for SAR 3 million, according to data available with Argaam.
