Tihama says Labor Court dismisses lawsuit against subsidiary

Tihama Advertising and Public Relations Co. stated that the Labor Court issued a ruling on July 24 to dismiss the lawsuit filed against its subsidiary, Tihama Education Co. - a one-person company.
 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company added that it will announce any material developments in due course.
 

 

In December 2024, the company stated that a lawsuit was filed against its subsidiary at the Riyadh Labor Court for an amount of SAR 15.39 million, according to data available with Argaam.

 

Plaintiff Sari Ibrahim Al Mayouf filed a labor lawsuit (No. 4571389756) against Tihama Education for the alleged wrongful termination of the contract.
