The report showed that PIF’s brand value reached $1.2 billion in 2025, reflecting an 11% increase from 2024—making it the fastest-growing brand among its global peers.
PIF's brand performance was bolstered by several key achievements, including the continued strong growth of its assets under management. This growth was driven by the positive performance of Saudi companies and the maturity of projects linked to Vision 2030.
The report also highlighted the fund’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness of its activities and its commitment to driving growth and creating impact.
PIF continues to play a central role in reshaping the Saudi economy, supporting major projects such as NEOM, and accelerating the development of emerging sectors including tourism, technology, and renewable energy, while also contributing to job creation on a large scale.
Brand Finance also indicated that PIF’s brand strength has also been reinforced by a diverse portfolio of local and international investments, including those in sports, space, and infrastructure.
PIF’s commitment to sustainability - demonstrated through the issuance of green bonds -and improved global governance ratings have further enhanced its international credibility and investor trust.
The report explained that brand valuation helps organizations understand the true worth of their brand and its contribution to the overall corporate value. This, in turn, supports strategic decision-making in marketing and brand management, while providing a benchmark for future performance.
In terms of brand strength, PIF ranked second among sovereign wealth funds, with a score of 62.9 points and an “A+” rating.
Brand Finance emphasized that brand strength measures how effectively a brand performs and influences stakeholder behavior and financial outcomes - both directly and indirectly - such as attracting investment, securing financing, drawing talent, and gaining positive media exposure.
Globally, PIF ranked seventh in the ratio of assets under management to brand value, making it the only sovereign wealth fund in the top 10 on this metric.
The sovereign wealth fund’s assets under management exceed SAR 3.47 trillion (over $925 billion).
