Intelligent Oud Company for Trading (iOud) announced that shareholders will vote on amending Article 2 of the company’s Bylaws, related to changing the company’s name to Ramath Hospitality Co., during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Aug. 20.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said that the EGM agenda also includes the appointment of an auditor from among the nominees, to review and audit the financial statements for the first half and the full year of 2025.

The company obtained the Ministry of Commerce’s non-objection to submit the proposed name change to the EGM.

 

According to Argaam data, iOud’s board of directors recently approved a proposal submitted by the CEO to study changing the company’s name, to align with the company’s various activities and support its expansion goals.
