The targeted sectors of Saudi Arabia’s Quality of Life Program contributed SAR 74.5 billion to the gross domestic product (GDP), achieving 102% of the annual target.

 

Non-oil revenues reached SAR 17.8 billion, nearly doubling the original projection.

 

According to the program’s 2024 annual report, non-governmental investments amounted to SAR 21.6 billion. The program also created 368,900 new jobs, reaching 93% of the employment goal.

 

The report highlighted strong growth in the sectors of culture, tourism, sports, entertainment, hobbies, and urban design, with notable progress in event organization, infrastructure development, and community participation. Local content also increased significantly, reaching 39%.

 

In terms of performance, seven indicators achieved 100% of their targets, while 23 exceeded their planned goals. The remaining indicators were seen as promising areas for future improvement and development.
