Almarai acquires Pure Beverages for SAR 1B

Almarai Co. completed the acquisition of Pure Beverages Industry Co. for SAR 1.04 billion, according to a Tadawul statement today, July 31.

In June 2025, Almarai signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Pure Beverages for SAR 1.04 billion, with the acquisition to be financed from Almarai's internal cash reserves, according to Argaam data.
