Retal OGM authorizes board to distribute interim dividends for 2025

Retal Urban Development Co.’s shareholders approved authorizing the board of directors to distribute interim dividends for 2025 on a semi-annual or quarterly basis during the ordinary general meeting (EGM) held on July 31.

They also approved the remaining items on the agenda, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

According to data available with Argaam, the company’s shareholders approved paying a 27% cash dividend, or SAR 0.27 per share, for 2024.
