Sure renews SAR 44.8M credit facility with BSF

Sure Global Tech Co. renewed on Aug. 4 its Shariah-compliant credit facility agreement for SAR 44.7 million with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF).
 
 
The agreement is valid for one year and the facility guaranteed by a promissory note, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
 

Sure pointed out that the agreement was signed and a copy was received on Aug. 5.

 

The one-year facility is fully guaranteed by a promissory note, the statement noted, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.
