Yaqeen Capital names Abdullah Alshmassi as Chairman

Yaqeen Capital Co.’s board of directors appointed Abdullah Alshmassi as Chairman and Salman Bin Shehween as Vice Chairman on July 21, for a three-year term that began on Feb. 7, 2025, according to a statement to Tadawul.
 
The company also named Abdullah Al Shmassi (Chairman) and Ahmed Al Shabanah (Managing Director and CEO) as its representatives to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
