Trading on AOL shares suspended ahead of material event

The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) suspended trading on shares of Academy of Learning (AOL) for one trading session today, Aug. 13, from 10 am to 12 pm.

This action was taken at the company's request, in adherence to the listing and trading suspension rules, to prepare for the announcement of a material event, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
 
The order maintenance period will start at 11:30 am.
