Al-Jouf Water shareholders elect board members for upcoming term

Al-Jouf Mineral Water Bottling Co.’s shareholders approved the election of the board of directors for the upcoming four-year term starting Aug. 31, 2025, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) held on Aug. 17 .

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the elected board members are Ashry Al-Ashry, Mohammed Alrizoug, Fahad Al Habdan, Hisham bin Muqrin, and Mohammed Alfaisal.
