Saudi Printing board OKs executive committee reshuffle

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC) said its board of directors approved a new formation of the executive committee on Aug. 18 for the current term ending in 2027, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

The previous committee comprised Adel Al-Nasser (Chairman), Mohammed Qashqari, Saleh Al-Duwais and Mohammed Nazer.

 

The newly formed committee includes Adel Al-Nasser (Chairman), Mohammed Nazer, Waleed Ali Al-Banawi and Abdulaziz Al-Tayyar.
