Nama Chemicals Co. announced that its accumulated losses declined to 0% of capital by the end of H1 2025, according to a Tadawul statement.

The company erased accumulated losses after posting a net profit in the first six months of 2025 due to the reversal of asset impairment on plants, machinery, and equipment.
Nama’s H1 2025 net profit increased to SAR 98.5 million, from SAR 18.8 million a year earlier. Q2 2025 net profit stood at SAR 148 million due to the reversal of provisions, data compiled by Argaam showed.
Accumulated earnings reached SAR 104 million, or 44% of capital, as of June 30, 2025, compared to a retained profit of SAR 5.8 million, or 2.5% of capital, as of Dec. 31, 2024.
