Qiwa Platform records more than 14.5 million registered users by the end of H1 2025
Qiwa Platform, run by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, recorded more than 14.5 million registered users by the end of H1 2025.
During the same period, the number of employee portals exceeded eight million, with institution portals also surpassing 1.4 million, according to data issued by Qiwa Platform.
In H1 2025 alone, more than one million new users joined the platform, with 302,000 establishment sites registered. The platform also verified four million employment contracts, out of 11 million, since its launch, reflecting growing confidence in the digital work environment.
In terms of governance, the platform has witnessed the adoption of 350,000 approved regulations, the implementation of 394,000 business activity change requests, the issuance of 66,000 wage protection certificates.
This is in addition to the issuance of 800,000 Saudization certificates since its launch, including 450,000 certificates issued during the first six months of this year, underscoring the balance between attracting talents and employing Saudi nationals, it added.
Qiwa also noted that the number of establishment files in the labor market exceeded 3.1 million, reflecting the market dynamics and the ease of data management through the digital platform.
