Alqemam starts last tranche of SAR 3M sukuk

Alqemam for Computer Systems Co., listed on the Nomu-Parallel Market, started issuing the third and final tranche of its SAR-denominated sukuk valued at SAR 3 million.
 

The offering started today, Aug. 26 and will run until Oct. 26, according to a Tadawul statement.

According to data available with Argaam, Alqemam announced a plan to issue Murabaha sukuk denominated in Saudi riyals under the Murabaha Sukuk Program in May 2023.

 

The company launched the first tranche of SAR 3 million on May 15, 2023, while the second tranche, valued at SAR 4 million, was offered on June 25, 2025.
