Seera Group Holding stated that Mohammed Al-Khalil resigned from his position as Chairman and board member due to differences in views regarding the company’s management, according to a statement to Tadawul.
Board members Abdulaziz Al Rebdi and Ibrahim Al-Rashed also gave up their board as well as nomination and remuneration committee memberships.

Al Rebdi cited his inability to perform his duties as a board member, given the significant divergence of opinions among the members and the lack of consensus on the company’s management approach.

Meanwhile, Al-Rashed reported disagreements within the board on the company’s management mechanism.

The resignations were submitted on Aug. 24, effective on the same date for the two members, and on Aug. 25 for the Chairman, Seera noted.

Their board memberships had commenced on March 29, 2024, the statement added.
