Axelerated Solutions signs 1-year facilities with Bank AlJazira

Axelerated Solutions for Information and Communication Technology Co. renewed its Shariah-compliant banking facilities of SAR 30 million with Bank AlJazira.

 

The one-year facilities were obtained on Aug. 27, 2025, and will extend until Aug. 27, 2026, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

The facilities aim to finance new project contracts, as well as issue letters of credit and guarantees.

 

A promissory note equal to the value of the facility was provided as collateral, the statement said.

 

There are no related parties to the agreement.
