Located in Al-Aziziyah district, the facility spans approximately 6,700 square meters and houses 38 specialized clinics, including pulmonology, endocrinology, neurology, ENT, ENT surgery, cardiology, and audiology.

It also offers rehabilitation, physiotherapy, primary care, and routine check-up services.

The new center is part of Almoosa’s expansion strategy in the Eastern Province, as outlined in its prospectus. This strategy also includes the currently under-construction Almoosa Specialist Hospital in Khobar, with a planned capacity of 400 beds.

The opening follows the recent launch of Al Nakheel Medical Center in Al-Ahsa and the ongoing development of the Salmaniya Medical Center.

Almoosa expects the financial impact of the Aziziyah Medical Center to reflect in Q4 2025 results.

The company emphasized that the launch of the center reaffirms its commitment to its announced investment plans, valued at around SAR 3.1 billion, through strategic projects in key locations across the Eastern Province.

The opening of the Aziziyah Medical Center aims to strengthen the company’s integrated healthcare model and bring services closer to patients in the Eastern Province, Group CEO Malek Almoosa said in the statement.

He added that this step will enhance operational efficiency and expand the company’s geographic footprint.
