MIS inks SAR 125.9M contract with Prince Sattam University

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on Aug. 18, a SAR 125.91 million (VAT inclusive) managed services contract with Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University’s Institute of Consulting and Business Solutions.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, MIS said the 24-month contract covers managed services to support and operate digital workplace systems and services for the institute, adding that all procedures were finalized and the agreement was received today, Aug. 28.

The financial impact is expected to appear in Q3 2025, the company noted, adding that there are no related parties to the deal.

 

MIS had previously announced in July that it was awarded a managed services project with Prince Sattam University’s institute at a total value of SAR 125.91 million, according to Argaam’s data.
