SPIMACO appointed Ahmed Aljedai as Vice Chairman and Managing Director as of last April

Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corp. (SPIMACO) said the extension period for Jerome Cabanas’ contract as CEO will conclude on Aug. 31, 2025.

 

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said Managing Director Ahmed Aljedai will continue leading the executive team, as part of efforts to boost efficiency and ensure continuity of the company’s strategies and long-term goals.

Aljedai holds an MBA and a PhD in pharmacy, with over 30 years of experience in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. He previously chaired SPIMACO’s board during the April 2025-ended term.

 

Last April, SPIMACO appointed Aljedai as Vice Chairman and Managing Director, according to Argaam’s data.
