Al Omar has over 25 years of professional experience in management, operations, and sales

Thob Al-Aseel Co.’s board of directors named Khaled Al Omar as CEO, effective as of Sept. 1, 2025.

 

The board decision, which came during a meeting today, Aug. 28, brought Al Omar’s previous assignment as Acting CEO to an end, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Al Omar has over 25 years of professional experience in management, operations, and sales. Over the past period, he has served as Thob Al Aseel’s Acting CEO.

 

Previously, he held the position of COO at the company’s subsidiary Al-Jedaie Fabrics Co. In addition, he has successfully led several other senior leadership roles, gaining extensive expertise in business development, project management, and strategic alignment.

 

According to data available with Argaam, Thob Al Aseel had earlier appointed Al Omar as Acting CEO, effective as of Feb. 7, 2025, in place of Abdulrahman Al Maleh.
