Miral obtains license from Health Ministry to operate dental complex in Riyadh

Miral Dental Clinics Co. received on Aug. 29 the final health license from the Ministry of Health to operate Miral Dental Complex, Al-Rabea Branch, as a specialized medical complex for dentistry and advanced healthcare services.

This is the company’s third branch located on King Abdulaziz Road in Riyadh, Miral said in a statement to Tadawul.

The branch will start receiving patients from today, Aug. 31, following the inauguration.

The branch marks an important strategic step to strengthen Miral’s presence in Riyadh and enhance its capacity to serve patients.

The strategic and operational impact lies in supporting the company’s geographic expansion into fast-growing residential areas, while reinforcing the Miral brand as one of the leading providers of specialized dental healthcare services.

Miral expects the branch to contribute positively to financial results as of Q4 2025, driven by revenue growth and improved operating margins.

The company noted that it will disclose any material developments with financial impact in due course.
