Cenomi Centers had announced SAR 250 mln settlement from AICC


Arabian Centers Co. (Cenomi Centers) reached a final settlement agreement worth SAR 250 million with Arabia Insurance Cooperative Co. (AICC) on Aug. 28 to cover all damage and loss from the partial fire incident.

The settlement will have a positive financial impact during Q3 2025 ending Sept. 30, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, today, Aug 31.

 

According to data available with Argaam, AICC reached, on Aug. 28, a final settlement with Cenomi Centers regarding the Dhahran Mall fire claim, agreeing to pay SAR 250 million.

 

Dhahran Mall, owned by Cenomi Centers, experienced a partial fire in May 2022 that affected a limited area in the mall’s western expansion. The damaged sections accounted for less than 10% of the mall’s total leasable area.
