LIVA Insurance Co.'s board of directors decided on Aug. 11, to extend the appointment of Mohamed Altooblani as Acting CEO starting Aug. 28, according to a Tadawul statement.

This came after the company received the Insurance Authority’s (IA) non-objection on Aug. 28.

 

The board of directors approved on March 7 the appointment of Altooblani as Acting CEO, effective March 22.

 

LIVA’s board recently approved CEO Kamran Mazhar's request not to renew his contract, for personal reasons, with his last working day set as March 21, according to Argaam data.
