WSM gets GAC nod to acquire Cyber Zone

WSM for Information Technology Co. received on Aug. 31, a no-objection certificate from the General Authority for Competition (GAC) to acquire 100% of Cyber Zone for Cybersecurity Co.

The company added in a Tadawul filing that there will be no changes to the costs related to the deal.

 

According to Argaam data, WSM signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Prime Capital Holding Co. on Aug. 20, to fully acquire Cyber Zone.
