Amwaj board reappoints Badr Al-Zahrani as Chairman

Amwaj International Co.’s newly elected board of directors reappointed on Aug. 31 Badr Al-Zahrani as Chairman and Mazen Al-Zahrani as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board approved the formation of the audit committee for the new board term, which will run for four calendar years, ending on Aug. 26, 2029.

 

In July, shareholders of Amwaj approved the election of new members of the board for the upcoming four-year term, according to data compiled by Argaam.

 

The elected members are Badr Al-Zahrani, Mazen Al-Zahrani, Fayez Khattab, and Ahmed Al-Ghamdi.
