Southern Cement ends CEO contract by mutual consent

Southern Province Cement Co. said its board approved the request of CEO Aqeel Kadasah to terminate his contract by mutual consent for personal reasons, effective Aug. 30.

 

According to a statement to Tadawul, the company will announce any further developments in due course.
