Malath Cooperative Insurance Company Announces the Appointment of the Chairman of the Board

With reference to the results of the ordinary General Assembly meeting of Malath Cooperative Insurance Company, held on Monday 20/12/1446 corresponding to 16/06/2025, during which the members of the Board of Directors were elected for the new term starting on 17/06/2025 and ending on 16/06/2028. Malath Cooperative Insurance Company would like to announce that it has received the non-objection from the Insurance Authority on 09/03/1447 corresponding to 01/09/2025, which includes the approval of the appointment of Mr. Bader Ali Alali (Independent Member) as Chairman of the Board of Directors.
