The Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) board imposed a fine of SAR 10,000 on Amana Cooperative Insurance Co., according to a statement.

This came due to the company’s violation of Article (67) of the Rules on the offer of securities and continuing obligation. The company did not provide either the authority or the shareholders with the board of directors’ report for 2024 within the statutory period. The company did not disclose this until April 7, 2025.
