Saudi Printing Chairman resigns; Mohammad Kashgari named Acting Chairman

Saudi Printing and Packaging Co. (SPPC)’s board of directors approved the resignation of Adel Al Nasser from his role as Chairman, board member, and member of board committees, due to personal circumstances.

 

 

The decision came during a board meeting held on Sept. 2.

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the resignation took effect on Sept. 2, with Al Nasser appointed as an advisor to the board.

 

The company added that Vice Chairman Mohammad Kashgari will assume the Chairman’s duties until a new Chairman is appointed.

 

According to data available with Argaam, SPPC appointed Al Nasser as Chairman on Dec. 27, 2015.

 

The board approved a new strategy last month aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening market share through organizational restructuring and product development.

 

The company’s accumulated losses reached SAR 376.69 million by the end of H1 2025, representing 62.78% of capital.
