stc shareholders approve amendment to company purposes

Telecom giant stc’s shareholders approved the amendment of Article 3 of the Articles of Association, related to its business purposes, during the extraordinary ordinary general meeting (EGM) held on Sept. 3.

 

 

In a statement to Tadawul, the company noted that the shareholders also approved the remaining items on the agenda.
