King Abdullah Financial District Development and Management Co. appoints Saad Alkroud as Chairman
King Abdullah Financial District Development and Management Co. (KAFD DMC), the owner of King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), appointed Saad Alkroud as Chairman.
According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Alkroud brings extensive leadership experience in investment and real estate development across the Kingdom.
He currently serves as Head of the Local Real Estate Investment Division at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he oversees the development of the fund’s local real estate and infrastructure portfolio.
KAFD has firmly established itself as a leading model of urban development that integrates business opportunities with community spirit and innovation, Alkroud said.
The district’s achievements demonstrate how well-planned projects can drive the Kingdom’s economic transformation while delivering sustainable value to businesses and communities alike, he added.
