Axelerated Solutions for Information and Communication Technology Co.’s board of directors decided on Sept. 10 to reappoint Abdullah Al-Osaili as Chairman and Ahmed Al-Osaili as Vice Chairman.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said it has formed the nomination and remuneration committee, comprising Mohammed Al-Omari, Abdullah Al-Osaili, and Ahmed Almujaish.

 

The company also appointed a board secretary, in addition to designating representatives of Axelerated Solutions to the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all matters related to the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations.
