TADCO says contract for production and sale of onions

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co. (TADCO) signed a contract for the production, sale and marketing of the onion crop with East Asia Agricultural Development and Investment Co.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract is valid for 10 months from the signing date—Sept. 10, 2025.

 

The deal is expected to have a positive financial impact on the company's financial results for 2026, the statement added.

 

East Asia Agricultural Development is a related party, the statement noted, as TADCO owns a 28.57% stake of its capital and it is classified as an associate company.
