In a statement, Tadawul said the company's shares will continue to trade on Nomu until the transition document publication period is over. Thus, the issuer should publish the transfer document within three trading sessions following Tadawul's approval.

The document will be available to the public for 10 trading sessions on the websites of the issuer, Tadawul, and the financial advisor.

Trading on GAS shares will be suspended starting the day after the publication period ends for no more than five trading sessions to start the transfer procedures.

Tadawul will also announce the date of the trading suspension and start of listing the issuer's shares in the main market once the procedures are completed.

According to Argaam data, GAS had submitted a request in July 2025 to move from Nomu to TASI through the electronic system developed by the regulator for this purpose.

The stock was listed on Nomu on Feb. 7, 2022, with SAR 158 million capital, divided into 158 million shares, at a nominal value of SAR 1 apiece.

GAS is the 16th company to move from Nomu to TASI.
