RATIO signed MoU on Aug. 5 for a renewable, one-year term
Ratio Speciality Company for Trading (RATIO) signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Makkah Clock Tower Museum (Center for Cosmic Sciences and Crescent Observation) to cooperate on issues of joint interest, the company said in a Tadawul filing.

The MoU is valid for one year starting from the signing date, Aug. 5, and renewable for a similar term upon mutual agreement.
This partnership embodies the strategic direction of RATIO to expand its community presence and enhance its impact by engaging in specialized collaborations with various entities. Further, the move aims to support the company's brand and enable active contribution to cultural and intellectual initiatives with national and social significance.
RATIO said it expects no financial impact from the MoU, adding that no related parties are included in the deal.
