Meyar signs MoU with Majmaah University

Meyar Company signed, on Sept. 16, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Majmaah University, aiming to support development plans, enhance partnerships between the industrial and academic sectors, and activate employment and training programs to qualify national cadres and enable Saudi youth to integrate into the labor market.

Under the 12-month MoU, the two parties will cooperate and provide all capabilities to both parties within their respective fields of expertise to achieve the objectives of the MoU and its annexes, in accordance with the rules, regulations, and instructions of each party, the company stated in a statement to Tadawul.

The two parties will also cooperate in common areas of service, administration, education, studies, training, and community service, and will provide support, assistance, and technical and professional advice to each other, according to available capabilities and as approved by the rules and regulations of each party.

Each party, in accordance with its applicable rules, regulations, and instructions, will refer to the other party in all news and coverage of events implemented pursuant to the MoU when published in the media and on social media, after obtaining the necessary approval from both parties, according to the statement.

The company further said that there is no financial impact from this agreement, as it is based on services between the two parties, adding that it will announce any related financial impact in due course. There are no related parties to the deal.
