GAS publishes TASI transition documents

Gas Arabian Services Co. (GAS) published a document for the transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI).

The company’s capital stands at SAR 158 million, divided into 158 million shares.

 

According to the transition document published on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), the preview period for the transition document will begin on Sept. 18 and end on Oct. 2, covering 10 trading days.

 

Trading of the company’s shares will be suspended, on Oct. 5, in preparation for its transition to the Main Market.

 

According to data available with Argaam, Tadawul approved, on Sept. 16, GAS’s application for transition.

 

The company’s shares were listed on Nomu on Feb. 7, 2022.

 

GAS is the 16th company to transition from the Nomu to TASI.
