WSM shareholders elect new board

Shareholders of WSM Information Technology Co. approved the election of a new board of directors for a four-year term at the ordinary general meeting held on Sept. 18.

 

The new term runs from Sept. 21, 2025, to Sept. 20, 2029, WSM said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The elected members are Alanoud Alqahtani, Fahad Alaboud, Turki Alatef, Amal Alotaibi, and Adel Almansour.
