Alkhaleej Training inks hospitality, tourism training pact with Dusit Thani College

Alkhaleej Training and Education Co. signed today, Sept. 21, an exclusive license agreement with Dusit Thani College in Bangkok to provide hospitality and tourism vocational training programs across Saudi Arabia, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Dusit Thani College is part of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited, the global hotel group that owns the Dusit International brand, the statement added.

Under the agreement, Alkhaleej Training becomes the first provider to bring Thai hospitality training programs into the Kingdom, introducing to Saudi Arabia an education model celebrated worldwide for service excellence, the company said.

The contract value is $60,000 for one time. Besides, Alkhaleej Training will pay Dusit Thani College a 5% share of net revenues from licensed programs and certified courses.

The renewable 5-year contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company's financial results, starting with the opening of the first training branch in Riyadh, planned for early 2026. The financial impact will continue throughout the contract term. Moreover, there are no related parties, the statement added.
