Saudi Azm signs credit facility with Alinma Bank on Sept. 21
Saudi AZM for Communication and Information Technology Co. announced the signing of a Shariah-compliant banking facility agreement worth SAR 40 million with Alinma Bank.

In a statement on Tadawul, the company said the three-year financing was secured on Sept. 21, backed by a promissory note as a guarantee.
The facility is intended to cover the issuance of letters of credit and letters of guarantee for awarded projects and contracts, as well as to support related requirements. It also includes financing the working capital when needed.
The company confirmed that the agreement does not involve any related parties.
