Hamad Bin Saedan proposes 5% dividend for 2024

Hamad Mohammed Bin Saedan Real Estate Co. said its board of directors recommended on Sept. 21 a cash dividend of 5% of capital, or SAR 0.5 per share, for 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The decision comes in line with the company’s strategy to achieve a balance between distributing dividends to shareholders and ensuring the company’s sustainable growth, the statement added.

 

This is Hamad Bin Saedan’s first dividend payout since it was listed on the Main Market (TASI) in September 2025, Argaam data showed.
