Al Taiseer Group Talco Industrial Co. (TALCO) said its board of directors reappointed Mansour Al-Fattouh as Chairman and Nasser Al-Blwi as Vice-Chairman, according to a filing to Tadawul.

The board also formed its subcommittees in line with approved charters and authorities, named a board secretary, and appointed company representatives at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) for all matters related to the Capital Market Law and its executive regulations.
