Cryptocurrency prices rose today, Sept. 24, as banks expanded digital asset services and investors assessed US monetary policy.

 

Bitcoin gained 0.8% to $112,581 at 12:01 pm Makkah time, holding about 57.6% of the crypto market.

 

Ethereum rose 0.3% to $4,172.67, while Ripple increased 0.67% to $2.8726.

 

The global crypto market stands at $3.89 trillion, with 24-hour trading volumes of $162.46 billion, according to CoinMarketCap.

 

An internal memo seen by CNBC shows Morgan Stanley plans to launch crypto trading for retail investors in the first half of next year.
