Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources signed agreements with three Chinese companies to localize specialized industries in the Kingdom.

 

The companies are BOE Technology Group, Tsinghua Unigroup, and Kyland Technology, the ministry said in a post on social messaging platform X.

 

The ministry stated that the first agreement was signed with BOE to localize the manufacturing of display screens, while the second agreement was inked with Tsinghua Unigroup to localize the manufacturing of information and communications technology (ICT) devices and semiconductors.

 

Meanwhile, the third deal was signed with Kyland Technology to localize the manufacturing of control networks and industrial equipment, it added.
