Retal Urban Development Co. said in a statement to Tadawul that the implementation of new regulatory provisions governing landlord-tenant relationships in Riyadh will have no material impact on its financials.

On Sept. 25, the Saudi Cabinet approved the regulatory provisions for landlord-tenant relations, in line with directives previously issued by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to introduce a package of new measures for the Riyadh rental market, according to Argaam data.
