Dar Global launches second JV with Trump Organization for over $1B

Trump Plaza Jeddah is valued at over $1 billion and will transform the skyline with a world-class mixed-use community

London-listed Dar Global Co. announced its second collaboration with The Trump Organization, with plans to launch Trump Plaza Jeddah.

Strategically located along King Abdulaziz Road in the heart of the city, Trump Plaza Jeddah is valued at over $1 billion. The development will include premium residences, serviced apartments, Grade-A office space, and exclusive townhouses, the company said in a statement.

At the center of the masterplan will be a Central Park-inspired green spine, a landscaped park running the length of the development, it added.

It will feature offices adjacent to serviced apartments and premium residences, creating a community where people can live and work in one place.

According to Argaam’s data, Dar Global announced the launch of Trump Tower in Jeddah in December 2024.

Established in 2017 as Dar Alarkan International Real Estate Development, Dar Global focuses on global luxury real estate investments and developing international assets. It was listed on the London Stock Exchange on February 28, 2023.
