Taiba Investments Co. said that 60,000 square meters (sqm) of its land in Riyadh fall under the first tier of the White Land Tax Law at a 10% rate.

In a statement to Tadawul, Taiba said the announcement is in line with its commitment to fully comply with all relevant laws and regulations. It added that the areas will be addressed in accordance with applicable rules to determine the actual financial impact.
