Nomu-listed Jana Medical Co. said its board of directors decided on Sept. 29 to terminate Acting CEO Wissam Ghazzaoui, effective the same day, according to a statement to Tadawul.

The board appointed Rassam Al-Otaibi as Acting CEO effective today, Sept. 30, citing his extensive experience.

 

Al-Otaibi holds a diploma in business administration and has broad experience in executive management.

 

He has held several managerial and leadership roles and is highly skilled in project management and achieving strategic objectives.
