solutions inks SAR 131M contract with STC Bank

Arabian Internet and Communications Services Co. (solutions) signed today, Sept. 30, a contract worth SAR 131 million with STC Bank, a related party, to provide managed SMS service.

 

The contract is for two years, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, adding that the financial impact will be reflected starting Q3 2025.

stc, a related party, is the largest shareholder of both solutions and STC Bank. The telco owns 79% of solutions and 87.6% of STC Bank.
